We loved the location near everything, with a far away feeling by beautiful mountains. The cleanliness of the room was fantastic. Despite being an older hotel, they have managed to update the rooms to make them modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

We loved the spacious and clean room with its old retro feel. The high ceilings, cozy fireplace, and beautiful scenery from the windows were amazing. The location was perfect, with the hotel sitting high on the hill, offering a great view of the surrounding mountains. Being within walking distance of the main strip was also very convenient.

The cleanliness was top-notch, with a spotless room and clean towels at the beautiful pool. The location was perfect, just a short walk down the hill to the office and close to the downtown area. Everything was easily accessible, including parking and transportation. the hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable room and even an electric fireplace.

We had an amazing room with a breathtaking view. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel has lots of character and is well-maintained. Plus, it's conveniently located close to downtown Gatlinburg, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy various activities.
